1. Wash & Sterilize
Thoroughly wash your hands and sterilize all bottles, nipples, and utensils by boiling or using a sterilizer. Clean preparation is essential for your baby’s safety.

2. Measure & Mix
Boil fresh water and let it cool to approximately 100°F (40°C). Add the exact amount of water and formula powder according to the feeding chart on the tin. Use the included scoop for accuracy, and level off each scoop.

3. Shake & Serve
Close the bottle tightly and shake until the powder is fully dissolved. Check the temperature on your wrist—it should be lukewarm, not hot—before feeding your baby.
