Packaging and Shipping
We understand the importance of receiving baby products in a timely manner. That is why we usually ship out all orders within 24 business hours as they are received.
We offer free shipping on all baby formula products, and all orders over $50.
We offer free 1-5 business day shipping, depending on location, to mostly anywhere within US on all orders over $50 and all orders containing baby formula. The exact shipping time will depend on your order and your actual location within the 48 states aside from Puerto Rico and Alaska. Please see the Delivery Turnaround Time section for average transit times. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click “View your order” within the email to track your shipment. After clicking “View your order”, there is an option to also click on the tracking number provided to access the most up-to-date shipping information.

Shipping before / during / after major Holidays.
Shipping usually takes longer due to FEDEX, UPS, USPS, DHL being closed for the holidays and/or due to higher volume of orders.

Monday-Saturday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.

FedEx and UPS delivery hours of operation:
Monday or Tuesday (depending on the area) through Saturday in most areas. Delivery is by the end of the business day.

FedEx Ground and UPS Ground:
Operates Monday - Friday. While not a guaranteed express option (REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING ARE NOT PROVIDED IF IT IS DELAYED AS ITS NOT A GUARANTEED OPTION LIKE THE EXPRESS OPTIONS) it will often arrive faster via this option by 1-2 days compared to the free shipping in certain cases.

FedEx 2Day Express and UPS 2Day Express:
Operates Monday–Friday.
*Orders placed on Thursday by 2:30pm EST, can be scheduled for Saturday delivery in many service areas.
*Orders placed on Thursday after 2:30pm EST will arrive on Tuesday.
*Delivery Exceptions to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii is in 3 business days.

Overnight express:
Overnight express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost and are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 2:30pm EST Monday-Friday. For overnight delivery on a Saturday - please see the chart below.

When placing an order on Friday for Saturday delivery:
You will need to select FedEx Priority Overnight with Special Saturday Delivery option. If you don’t choose the above option, your order will be delivered on the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.

Our shipping carriers
Our shipping carriers are USPS, UPS and FedEx. Shipping carriers are selected automatically depending on your location and weight of your package. Delivery times and options are displayed during checkout. If you request a specific shipping carrier of your choice instead of choosing "FREE SHIPPING", you may incur additional fees.
