Packaging and Shipping

We understand the importance of receiving baby products in a timely manner. That is why we usually ship out all orders within the same business day as they are received.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100.

We offer free 1-2 business day ground shipping if you’re located on or near the east coast and 1-3 business days if you’re located on or near the west coast. The exact shipping time will depend on your order and your actual location within the 48 states aside from Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Please see the Delivery Turnaround Time section for average transit times. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click “View your order” within the email to track your shipment. After clicking “View your order”, there is an option to also click on the tracking number provided to access the most up-to-date shipping information.

Hey Baby Mom is not responsible for delays in shipping times once the order has already been shipped.

Why is our shipping so fast for European products? Hey Baby Mom only uses the fastest, most reputable shipping methods so we can get your precious baby formula to you as quickly as possible!

Delivery Turnaround.

  • Orders placed before 2:30pm EST Monday - Friday.

    Will ship out the same day

  • Orders placed after 2:30pm EST Monday - Friday.

    Will ship out the next business day.

  • Shipping before / during / after major Holidays.

    Shipping usually takes longer due to UPS being closed for the holidays and/or due to higher volume of orders.

Average delivery transit time with the included free ground shipping.

  • EAST COAST

    1-2 business days.

  • MID US

    1-3 business days.

  • WEST COAST

    3-4 business days.

  • SOUTH US

    3-4 business days.

Delivery hours of operation.

  • UPS delivery hours of operation:

     Monday-Saturday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.

  • When placing an order on Friday for Saturday delivery:

    You will need to select UPS Next Day Delivery. If you don’t choose the above option, your order will be delivered on the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.
