We understand the importance of receiving baby products in a timely manner. That is why we usually ship out all orders within the same business day as they are received.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100

Transit times vary based on your location within the mainland 48 states (excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska) and the details of your order.

No Surprise Tariffs! The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees, duties, or unexpected charges.

Delivery Turnaround.

  • Orders placed before 2:30pm EST Monday - Friday.

    Will ship out the same day

  • Orders placed after 2:30pm EST Monday - Friday.

    Will ship out the next business day.

  • Shipping before / during / after major Holidays.

    Shipping usually takes longer due to UPS being closed for the holidays and/or due to higher volume of orders.

Average delivery transit time with the included free ground shipping.

  • UPS Delivery Hours of Operation

     Monday-Saturday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.

  • Carrier Responsibility

    Please note that Hey Baby Mom is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
