Instructions for Preparing HiPP 2 HA-Combiotic – Hypoallergenic Follow-on Formula

STEP 1: Ensure all items, including bottles and utensils, are clean and sterilized. Boil fresh water and pour it into the sterilized bottle. Let the water cool to between 104°F and 122°F.

STEP 2: Add formula powder as per the box instructions: use 1 scoop of formula per 1 ounce of water. Use the included scoop, ensuring it is leveled for accurate measurement.

STEP 3: Close the bottle tightly and shake well until the formula is fully dissolved. Test the formula temperature on your forearm to ensure it is not too hot for your baby.

Storage: Store unused formula in a cool, dry place, keeping it airtight. Use within two weeks and discard any formula past the expiration date on the box.
