Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all bottles, nipples, and feeding equipment. Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool for about 30 minutes to reach a safe feeding temperature.

Step 2: Add the recommended number of level scoops of Kendamil Stage 1 formula powder to the bottle, following the feeding guide on the tin. Pour in the correct amount of cooled, boiled water and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.

Step 3: Test the temperature by dropping a little formula on the inside of your wrist to ensure it is lukewarm, not hot. Feed your baby immediately and discard any leftover formula after one hour.
