Step 1: Prepare the Bottle
Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all bottles, nipples, and feeding equipment. Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool for about 30 minutes to reach a safe feeding temperature.

Step 2: Measure and Mix
Add the recommended number of level scoops of Kendamil Stage 2 formula powder to the bottle, using the scoop provided. Always follow the feeding guide on the tin. Pour in the correct amount of cooled, boiled water and close the bottle tightly. Shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.

Step 3: Feed Safely
Test the temperature by dropping a little formula on the inside of your wrist — it should feel lukewarm, not hot. Feed your baby immediately. Discard any leftover formula after one hour.
