1. Shake Well
Gently shake the sealed bottle to ensure the formula is well mixed before feeding.

2. Warm (If Desired)
If your baby prefers warm milk, place the bottle in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Do not microwave. Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.

3. Open & Feed
Remove the cap, attach a sterilized teat or pour into a sterilized bottle, and feed your baby. Discard any unused formula after 1 hour.
